Walk just a few steps to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Pinellas Trail. Home overlooks Pioneer Park where you can enjoy the local farmers market on weekends, concerts, movies, art festivals and much more, or just relax and watch the action from the front porch.
The home is NOT kid or pet friendly. Kids and pets are not allowed the the property, even with visitors.
Downtown Dunedin is amazing! Lots of great places to eat, drink and shop just a few steps from this wonderful apartment!!
No need for a car here! You can walk or bike to everything you need!
Parking is available on the street in front of the home or you can use one spot behind the house. There is additional parking in the public lot at the corner of Douglas and Main St.
Jennifer and Kevin communicated very well. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Great location – we easily walked to many good restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We had a great time in Dunedin. Thanks!

Such an adorable place in the perfect location to walk everywhere. We never moved our car once we arrived. We felt right at home in the apartment and really enjoyed the front porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the basket of treats was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Dunedin.
Except for the cool weather, we enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and inviting.
Great location in Dunedin with ample shopping, food and libations a few steps away. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing, allowing us to ring in the New Year with family and friends! Would definitely stay here again when visiting family in the Tampa area.
