“Quaint, comfortable & aesthetically pleasing stay in charming downtown Dunedin.nPositive: The location was in the downtown Dunedin area and you could walk to everything in minutes. It was also nestled just far enough from the weekend music and bustle as to feel quiet and relaxing. Things calmed down by 10 pm and evening walks were a delightful end to the day. We didnu2019t hear the other guests from our very quaint 3rd floor unit. The owners responded very quickly when the humidity hindered the door from unlocking -just needed to be pushed in a bit. Also, took a one day watercolor class at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center. Loved the whole experience!nNegative: Not for tall people or people who might have difficulty with stairs. For us, the third floor was perfect.”

Awesome location, we never used our car all weekend.nNegative: The shower is a bit small. It would be helpful to have a handheld wand. Also, the door knob needs to be switched so that it locks from the inside for the bathroom.”
