Downtown Dunedin is amazing! Lots of great places to eat, drink and shop just a few steps from this wonderful apartment!!
No need for a car here! You can walk or bike to everything you need!
Parking is available on the street in front of the home or you can use one spot behind the house. There is additional parking in the public lot at the corner of Douglas and Main St.
The location is spot on in the middle of everything yet no problem sleeping at night. We chose the second floor since home is over 100 years old and didn’t want anyone above us…although there is a small apartment on the third floor but noise was never an issue. Loved being able to sit on front porch with a glass of wine and listen to music from restaurant across the way…Also was nice to enjoy music from performers at weekend farmers market. Loved having washer/dryer in unit. It was just my husband and I however we did rent the 2bed 2 bath…was nice that we each had our own bath. Bedrooms, while spacious, can not accommodate a king so we shared the queen, was not an issue and bed was comfy. All in all a great stay at a great place. There is ample parking (access via alley) behind the house however we did not use car much…walked everywhere…great breakfast Wild Iris) next door and wonderful coffee/bakery/breakfast place via alley on next block. Walk to trail, tiki bar, ice cream etc.
The space was nice and had everything we needed. The beds were a little firmer than we are used to but that’s just a personal preference. The area is vibrant…very walkable and close to many shops, restaurants, and the water. The check in was easy and it was nice to have a parking spot available. We would stay here again!
We visit this area once a year and we always check availability at this property first. Sometimes even changing our dates of our trip to stay here. Is is a great spot! We love sitting on our balcony listening to music all around us in the evening or on the weekends while the farmers market is going on. We enjoy renting bikes and riding on the trail to get to so many wonderful restaurants and breweries in the area. Would absolutely come back again!
We loved our stay! This quiet, cozy and comfortable space is perfectly located in the heart of downtown. There is plenty to do and see: the park across the street hosts local artists every weekend, the scenic Pinelas Trail is a short walk away and there are many wonderful eateries and bars in short walking distance. We will be back!
