1. Booking and Payment:
a. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
b. Full payment is due 14 days before your check-in date.
c. We accept payments through credit card.
2.Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
b. Cancellations made within 15-29 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% refund.
c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date.
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
a. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
b. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules:
a. Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules outlined in the property description, including quiet hours, parking regulations, and smoking policies.
b. Failure to comply with house rules may result in fines, eviction, or additional charges.
5. Security Deposit:
a. A security deposit of $200 may be required upon booking to cover potential damages or violations of the house rules.
b. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided no damages or violations occurred.
6. Property Use:
a. Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and for its intended purposes.
b. No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed on the property unless explicitly permitted.
7. Pets:
a. Pets are not allowed on any portion of the property unless otherwise specified in the property description.
b. Violation of this policy may result in additional charges and eviction.
8. Lost and Found:
a. Items left behind will be subject to a handling fee of $25 plus the cost of shipping for return.
b. Items in the lost and found will be discarded after 30 days.
9. Communication:
a. Guests are encouraged to contact us using our contact details. Any unusual disturbances should be reported to us immediately or to the local authorities.
